Conduct at Meetings Policy (draft)

 

  • All speaking and discussion shall be conducted through the Chair.
  • Discriminatory forms of language of any sort will not be used.
  • Speakers should not wander from the subject under discussion or repeat what has already been said by previous speakers.
  • Personal remarks shall not be made.
  • Abusive language shall not be used.
  • Aggressive or intimidating behaviour will not be tolerated.
  • All members attending meetings will treat each other with respect.
