Employment Group

The Employment group is currently Tom (7 Swanns), Ali (7 Swanns) and Sam (20 Argyle)
Current roles:
- meet with the workers once a month after GMs, to discuss current workload, and tasks for the month ahead;
- check in with the workers before GMs to see if there's anything that needs bringing up in the meeting.
- recruitment
- ad-hoc Issue resolution
- staff training
- appraisals
It wants to:
- find its policy!
- have an employment review meeting with the workers and other interested parties.
- get contracts sorted!
- Hannah (when here!) works 10-7 on Mondays, 8.30-3.30 on Tuesdays, and 8.30 to 3.30 on Fridays.
- Owen works Mon-Wed 9-5, Thu 10-7, Fri 9-4.
- Leigh works Mon 11-7, Tue-Wed 9-5, Thu 9-12.30 Fri off.
- change to standing orders for pay
- get the office a debit card
- absence and holiday calendar thingy
- set up an sms system for the coop
- have copies of templates for various Employment activities on the shared folders in the office (e.g. appraisal form, induction checklist)
