Updating Voids

This is now done as a "widget" in the admin site. So go to the widgets page. The widgets part is under Appearance. You may have to log in if you have not done so already.

On the widgets page, look in the top right of the page for the box labelled "Left Sidebar" and inside that should be "Vacancy Widget". If you click the down arrow on the right side you will now have the admin open.

Here you can enter the address and the date of the vacancy. Don't forget to hit save at the bottom of the box.

To cancel a vacancy, just mark the address as "None" and it won't show up on the front page. You should also know that the vacancies will be shown in date order, not in the order they appear on the admin page. (That is why the year appears in the admin page even though it is not shown on the front page.)
