Working Groups and Officers in a Nutshell
- Groups prepare proposals for the General Meeting
- Groups carry out activities and review policies
- Each group has two co-ordinators/officers
- The working group co-ordinators are appointed by the General Meeting
- Groups report to the Committee Meeting
A List of Working Groups and Officers
The following groups are listed in our policy and convened by the appropriate Co-op Officer/Co-ordinator:
- Development Group – Development Officer
- Education and Training Group – Education Coordinators (x2)
- Employment Group Employment Coordinators (x2)
- Finance Group – Treasurer
- Maintenance Group – Maintenance Coordinators (x2)
- Allocations Group – Allocations Coordinators (x2)
- Rent Group
- Secretarial Group – Secretary and Vice Secretary
- Welfare Group – Welfare Coordinators (x2)
- Car Park Officer
- Keys and Locks Officer
- Grounds and Gardens Group - Grounds and Gardens Officer
