Secretary
Group DetailsThe Secretary and Secretarial group help organise all meetings of the co-op, preparing agendas and taking minutes. They also organise working group reporting

Treasurer
The Treasurer and Finance group keep an eye on the spending of the co-op, working to the budget that the community sets. They also look at our long term financial planning

Allocations
The Allocations group helps houses to fill empty rooms, by advertising the co-op and maintaining a shortlist of suitable applicants. They also organise allocation of any flats that become vacant

Development
The Development group looks into projects that we can do together to improve our structures and develop co-ops elsewhere

Disputes &
Complaints
The Disputes and Complaints group helps facilitate disputes between members, and organises panels to investigate complaints. They also respond to complaints about the co-op

Education
The Education group supports the membership by finding courses to run on site or to send members to attend to improve the skills and knowledge in the community

Employment
The Employment Group acts as a point of liaison between the membership and the paid staff. They also make sure the staff have all the training they need

Equality & Diversity
TThe Equality and Diversity group supports the diversity of the membership, looking at ways we can adapt our property and process to enable everybody to live and work well together

Grounds &
Gardens
The Grounds and Gardens group organise the maintenance of the shared outside areas, organising shared work days and making sure we have the tools we need

Health &
Safety
The Health and safety Group supports the co-op with safety on site, whether that’s fire safety, first aid equipment, risk assessments or avoiding accidents

Maintenance
The Maintenance group makes sure that the co-op houses are comfortable to live in. They respond to repairs and plan replacements
The maintenance group also contains positions for a keys and locks coordinator. -
Recycling &
Sustainability
The Recycling and Sustainability group provides information and support for members to recycle, upcycle and donate old or excess property. They also consider ways we can all reduce our impact.

Rent
The Rent group organises the collection of rent from the membership. They also assist members who fall behind, making manageable agreements to get back on track

Tech
The Tech group supports the Co- ops communication systems and equipment in the hut and office. They also maintain our website and server.

Wildlife
The Wildlife group makes sure that our non-human residents are considered by adapting our grounds and structures to give them safe spaces to live with all these pesky humans about

Workshop
The Workshop group organises the workshop space on site, keeping tools maintained and supervising members using the space

Fire Safety
This is a new position formed from recent appointment of a fire safety officer. The fire-safety coordinators will liase with the fire safety officer in all things related to fire safety and the membership
